fourth house is a moksha house.

Fourth house is associated with perceptions, emotions, sensitive side of a person , nurturing and caring nature, cooking, close family, home land, a private place, comforts, luxuries. Vehicles, furniture, television, fridge, air conditioner, computer, and every item that makes our life comfortable and peaceful.

And now what's Saturn?
Saturn is a natural malefic planet. . 
Saturn rules the tenth and the eleventh ZODIAC signs Capricorn and aquarius.
Saturn is exalted in Libra.
Saturn is associated with hardwork, discipline, delay, order, structure, patience, boundaries, restrictions, pessimism, fear, depression, old people.
Saturn is the karaka of sixth, eighth and twelfth houses.
Saturn aspects third, seventh and tenth houses from it's position in a birth chart. 

So, when a person has Saturn in the fourth house, Saturn aspects the sixth, tenth and first houses.
Saturn being a malefic planet, in the fourth house, can be a sign of disappointments and disturbing memories at home.

Saturn is restrictions!! And being in the fourth house of emotions, this can show an emotional blockade in the heart.
The person feel restricted when it comes to express their emotions.

And Saturn aspecting the first house can influence the discipline of the person.

saturn here, can give rise to sasha yoga, only when
saturn is in capricorn or aquarius or libra zodiac signs.
